The location is stunning, surrounded by beautiful mountains and vineyards, perfect for relaxing walks and hikes. the rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. the staff is friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. the breakfast is delicious, offering a wide variety of options. there are outdoor and indoor pools, as well as a spa center, providing a range of leisure facilities.
The language barrier can be an issue, as only the reception staff can speak English, making it difficult for non-German or Italian speakers to communicate with the rest of the staff.

The hotel has a great location with beautiful views of the mountains and vineyards. the rooms are clean and spacious, and the spa services are enjoyable. the staff is very friendly and accommodating.
The food was not good, as nothing suited our dietary needs. the hotel lacked a proper playroom for kids and had no English-speaking staff, making it difficult for us to communicate.

We enjoyed a lovely weekend at a charming hotel in the wine region. The accommodations were comfortable with gorgeous views overlooking the vineyards. The restaurant offered a delicious breakfast and dinner, local wines and a kids' menu. The staff was accommodating and provided excellent service. The hotel was conveniently located near several wineries and picturesque villages for sightseeing.
The hotel lacked some amenities expected such as an outdoor pool and spa services. , some staff members didn't seem to be knowledgeable about local attractions when asked for recommendations.
